What is the warranty for 3rd Earth products?
If you experience any problems with your 3rd Earth product, you may qualify for product replacement. 3rd Earth offers a non-transferable, 12-month replacement warranty with proof of purchase; please retain your sales receipt.
All 3rd Earth products come with a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty against product faults from the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be facilitated back through the retailer of purchase in accordance with the retailer's returns policy and procedures. Any expense incurred as a result of returning the product to the retailer of purchase is the full responsibility of the customer.
3rd Earth products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but may be damaged through misuse or abuse. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse or misuse, if the product has been modified or tampered with, or any cause not related to materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products used for any purpose other than consumer usage. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at 3rd Earth's sole discretion. Products purchased from unauthorised dealers are not covered under this warranty.
